We are passionate about the care we deliver to you and we take patient feedback and complaints seriously.

We highly value all of your comments and feedback whether positive or otherwise.

We collect patient comments using a patient satisfaction feedback questionnaire which is externally managed and encourage you to complete our questionnaire after every visit, so we can keep doing the things you like well and improve where you feel needs to.

Cosmesurge prides itself on the high standard of its service, staff and facilities. However, we do know that sometimes things do not go as planned and, on those occasions, we encourage you to share your concern or issue with us so we can improve.

We will always thank you for bringing those issues to our attention. We will always investigate thoroughly and let you know what we have found. We will always learn lessons and make sure those lessons are known by all our colleagues.

In the first stage, we ask you to share your concern with our CEO and Registered Manager.

The CEO and Registered Manger will write to you within 3 days to confirm receipt of your concern or complaint and will investigate and we aim to have a full response completed within 2 weeks of hearing from you.
